Umatshini wokucoca uGutyulo lwaManzi amdaka ubhekisa kwisixokelelwano somatshini esenzelwe ukunyanga nokulungisa ilindle okanye amanzi amdaka ukuze asuse izinto ezingcolisayo ngaphambi kokuwakhulula abuyele kwimo engqongileyo okanye aphinde asetyenziswe kwezinye izinto, ezifana nokunkcenkceshela okanye ukusetyenziswa kwemizi-mveliso.
