Iziko lokucoca amanzi amdaka (STP) liziko eliyilelwe ukucoca nokucoca amanzi amdaka okanye ilindle ngaphambi kokuba akhutshelwe abuyele kokusingqongileyo okanye aphinde asetyenziswe.
